Neuroplasticity & Special Populations with Megan Brown, D.P.T.: With humor and fun Megan shares her passion for and vast knowledge of neuroanatomy as well as her practical experience working with students with special neurological conditions. In this module students will have the opportunity to practice teaching yoga to students with neurological challenges.
Register Now - March 2019! Yin Yoga Teacher Training with Alicia Collier, e-RYT 500: Alicia challenges students to consider their relationship to stillness and silence, and leads them through a weekend of learning the vast benefits of Yin Yoga and how to teach it with nuance and skill.
Register Now - March 2019! Trauma Sensitive Yoga Teacher Training with Alicia Collier, e-RYT 500: With passion, tenderness and compassion Alicia shares an effective approach to working with students who have a history of trauma.

Restorative Yoga Teacher Training with Sara VanderGoot, CMT, e-RYT 500, PRYT: Drawing on her studies in the Cyndi Lee Restorative Yoga Teacher Training and her experience offering specialized Restorative Yoga Workshops that combine Restorative Yoga, Hand-on Assists, Essential Oils & Ayurveda, Sara shares her “know how” about how to intelligently craft, sequence and teach extraordinary Restorative Yoga classes and workshop.
Yoga & Ayurveda with Sara VanderGoot, CMT, e-RYT 500, PRYT: Sara leads an in depth investigation of the gunas and doshas. Students learn how to instruct yoga using variations of asana, pranayama, and meditation techniques to balance the doshas based on seasons, times of day, and needs of students.
Advanced Pranayama & Meditation with Jafar Alexander, e-RYT 500: Jafar imparts a powerful step by step methodology for practicing and teaching advanced pranayama & meditation techniques that potentiate profound transformation.
Mindfulness with Gina White, M.A. in Mindfulness from Lesley University: We are part of the evolution of yoga and its manifestation in the western world. This module explores the practical application of mindfulness and develops the teaching skills necessary to present mindfulness in a variety of environments. Gina White sheds light on the reality that modern mindfulness practices can change the lives of many people such as first responders, businessmen, teachers, and numerous others as well as help us, our students, and our society cultivate a sense of lasting wellbeing.
Register Now - June 2019! Yoga For Women with Cathy Louis Broda, e-RYT 500:
A frank exploration of a woman's life, from puberty through menopause, and the effects these stages have on a yoga practice as well as how to adapt a yoga practice to give a woman the support she needs. The discussion will be wide-ranging, including menstruation, pregnancy, menopause, body image, nutrition, sexuality, health issues such as fibroids, breast cancer, osteoporosis, hysterectomy, hemorrhoids and much more.

Completion of 280 hours of Advanced Yoga Continuing Education Modules at Mind the Mat
