Group Classes: There are three ways to pay for a class.
Register Now for Fall Session: 12 weeks for $185.00, $149.00 for kids: 8-week Zumba session: $96.00, Hoop Dance Series: 6 classes for $108.00
You may register for one specific class per week (i.e. kids yoga or pilates yoga fusion etc.). You can always register for a class even if the session has already started. To register late please email: info@mindthemat.com for prorate details. Classes start the week of September 2, 2008.Or, you may purchase a package of 10 classes. You can go to any class that is NOT CLOSED FROM PRE-REGISTRATION (except Zumba and kids', you need to register for those). Classes expire within three months of purchase date. Price: $155.00.
Or, you may "Drop In" to a class and pay as you go. Please fill out the drop-in form every time you attend a class. Price: $18.00.Private Instruction:
We offer private instruction in yoga and pilates.
Pilates: Individual and duet (two people) training using the reformer, wall-unit, mat, and props. Price: $75.00 and up.
Yoga: Private instruction with a specialized yoga instructor. Price: $85.00.
Physical Therapy: Doctors of Physical Therapy who specialize in Pilates. Please contact Megan Bellamy Brown, PT, DPT for more information on physical therapy. megan@mindthemat.com
Private Parties: The studio is available for rent for private parties. We can also create a yoga or pilates party for kids' birthdays, showers, reunions, you name it. Please contact us directly for an estimate: info@mindthemat.com
