Prenatal Pilates Description:
Taught by a Physical Therapist certified in Pilates, this 6-week session is specialized for participation throughout your pregnancy. You may start at any stage. Students will learn proper posture and body mechanics to prevent back pain and other muscular problems associated with pregnancy and recovery. Through this 6-week progression, prenatal Pilates emphasizes total body strength, balance, and breathing control with focus on conditioning pelvic floor musculature-all valuable tools aiding in delivery!This class is by session only and is not included in your class package. You must register for the full 6-week series, no drop-ins allowed, no make-ups or refunds.
