Specialized Programs

In addition to our regularly scheduled classes, we offer highly specialized series including Yoga Fundamentals, Prenatal Pilates, Prenatal Yoga & After Baby Fitness. These series require a separate registration from class packages and monthly unlimited memberships.
Prices vary depending on specialty. Specialized series must be canceled via email within 24 hours of the start of the series in order to receive studio credit. Many of our specialized programs are in high demand and fill early. Before committing to a series please read our studio policies below.
